New Role for Dr Kerstin Rolfe

RAFTs multitasking Dr Kerstin Rolfe has been appointed the Editor-in-Chief of a new journal - Bone and Tissue Regeneration Insights - to be launched in August 2008.

Kerstin is Group Leader of the Tissue Regeneration project which is studying scarless healing to determine mechanisms which may reduce or even prevent scarring, resulting in perfect regeneration.

Bone and Tissue Regeneration Insights is an open access, peer reviewed journal which covers all aspects of healing and regeneration of tissue, tendon, bone and nerve. Bone regeneration and remodeling, osseointegration, fracture healing, wound healing and nerve regeneration are all topics of interest.

Congratulations to Kerstin on attaining this recogniton. She is also studying for an LLM in Medical Law Ethics and Intellectual Property in her own time!
